Should the goods arrive damaged or faulty in any way, please inform us within 48 hours and we will replace the goods as soon as possible.
Should you be dissatisfied with the product, please contact us in the first instance disclosing the nature of your complaint and we will endeavour to solve the problem to mutual satisfaction.
All products have a five year replacement guarantee with the exception of electric motors which have a conditional two year replacement guarantee. These conditions state:
- The motorised desk must not exceed a dynamic weight limit of 80kgs and a static load of 100kgs;
- The motor only has a 10% duty cycle, i.e if it runs for one minute, it has to be left for ten minutes before running again.
